the hufflepuff common room is located in the more desirable half of the dungeons. its entrance lies in an inset carving in the stone on the wall, one of many in this area of the school. when the password is said, it will slide like a double door granting entrance to the comfortable common room. the mood is always light due to the tan interior as yellow doesn't make for a very likable color for furniture. the Cherry wood tables make for a good contrast while still having its own color rather than being completely black. dormitories are separated by separate corridors.
